El concepto del proyecto es conformar una pequeña aldea de mínima escala , donde cada “casita” es un ambiente de la casa.
Las “casitas” están conectadas entre si , dispuestas de manera tal de conformar un patio interno, de carácter domestico y de alto mantenimiento.
Los volúmenes son semejantes entre si en materialidad exterior y color – chapa gris oscura – pero difieren en tamaño y alturas. Interiormente, las casitas difieren mucho entre si.
La visión del conjunto es sobria, cuidada y elegante, en escala reducida y rodeada por abundante vegetación que lo circunda.

The concept of the project is to form a small village of minimum scale, where each “little house” is one environment of the house.
The “little houses” are connected to each other, arranged in such a way as to form an internal courtyard, of domestic character and high maintenance.
The volumes are similar to each other in terms of exterior materiality and color – dark grey sheet – but they differ in size and heights. The interior of the little houses differ a lot from each other. The vision of the whole is sober, careful and elegant, on a reduced scale and surrounded by abundant vegetation.
