Esta obra son m2 agregados en la terraza del edificio Vilela. Al crecer la familia, la casa creció con ella – el depto fue pensado originalmente con una posible ampliación. El dilema era conseguir mas ambientes de uso, sin perder el espacio exterior de la anterior terraza. Para ello intentamos que todo el espacio nuevo fuera una extensión del exterior – mismo color, mínimo escalón, máxima abertura , continuidad de malla de plantas, misma altura. Y además, que sea cálido y confortable. Se construyó un dormitorio, un cuarto de juego, y un baño- y se dejo una pequeña terraza – todo revestido en placa enchapada de guatambú. El techo de la terraza es de policarbonato para dejar pasar el sol el invierno. En verano se cubre con esterilla.
This work is about the addition of sqm to the terrace of the Vilela building. As the family grew, the house grew with it - the apartment was originally planned with a possible extension. The dilemma was to get more environments of use, without losing the outer space of the previous terrace. To do this, we tried to make the entire new space an extension of the exterior - same color, minimum step, maximum opening, continuity of the mesh of plants, same height. Furthermore, make it cozy and comfortable. A bedroom, a playroom, and a bathroom were built - and a small terrace was left - all covered in plated guatambú plate. The roof of the terrace is made of polycarbonate to let the sunlight pass through the winter. In summer it is covered with a mat.
