Esta casa se ubica en un lote cuadrangular de 14 x 14 m. Las altas medianeras convierten el terreno en una caja, que el proyecto busca revalorizar.
La propuesta consiste en construir sobre medio terreno. Así, los exteriores son la mitad de la propuesta, teniendo estos equivalente importancia, pensamiento y detalle que el interior.
La distribución perpendicular a la calle permite un asoleamiento al norte, mientras asegura una relación fluida con el espacio urbano, sus vistas y la gran vegetación de la calle.
La obra se desarrolla en tres pisos, donde cada uno guarda una estrecha relación con su exterior.
La planta baja – el espacio público de la casa- , se integra con el patio de entrada, que aloja una fuente, un árbol, la parrilla ,el lavadero y el garaje.
El primer piso con las habitaciones de niños y playroom expande al patio de niños.
El segundo piso – habitación, vestidor y baño de padres- está rodeado por un balcón perimetral verde, de diferentes medidas que genera una relación permanente de salida al exterior.
El segundo piso consiste en un volumen de estructura liviana, mas pequeño que el resto de la casa. De esta manera reducimos la altura del patio de PB, ya que no se visualiza por estar retirado hacia atrás.
El volumen liviano se realizó en estructura tipo ballon-frame, con interior de madera y exterior de chapa ondulada. Hacia dentro, genera una habitación muy acogedora , y hacia afuera, logramos la continuidad de altura de las casas vecinas de un sólo piso, con el agregado de una falsa ampliación.

This house is located in a quadrangular lot of 14 x 14m. The high party walls convert the lot into a box, which the project seeks to revalue.
The proposal consists in building over half of the lot. Thus, the outdoor spaces conforms half of the proposal, having these, the equivalent importance, thinking process and detail than the interior places.
The distribution perpendicular to the street allows a sunlight towards the north, while ensuring a fluid relationship with the urban space, its views and the great vegetation of the street.
The building is developed on three floors, where each one of them has a close relationship with its exterior.
The ground floor – the public space of the house-, is integrated with the entrance patio, which hosts a fountain, a tree, the grill, the laundry room and the garage.
The first floor with the children´s rooms and the playroom expands to their patio.
The second floor – room, walking closet and parents` bathroom- is surrounded by a perimetral green balcony, of different sizes that generates a permanent relationship of exit towards the outdoors.
The second floor consists in a volume of light structure, smaller than the rest of the house. In this way, we reduced the height of the ground floor patio, since it could not be seen as it is pulled back.
The light volume was done in ballon-frame structure, with its interior made out of wood and the exterior made out of corrugated sheet metal. Inside, it generates a very cozy room, and towards the outside, we achieved the continuity of height of the neighboring houses of a single floor, with the addition of a false extension.
