Conceptualmente son 7 casas apiladas, cada una diferente de las demás, con grandes espacios exteriores y mucho perímetro de contacto con el exterior.
El exterior es una característica central, la configuración de las terrazas articulan el edificio retranqueándose en cada piso obteniendo máximo asoleamiento y vistas. A su vez, los volúmenes de chapa configuran salientes, consiguiendo espacios exteriores cobijados e integrados al interior.
El proyecto cuenta con variedad de espacios exteriores; patios semicubiertos privados de acceso, porches de vegetación y grandes balcones verdes o jacuzzis, rodeados de macetas con plantas autóctonas. Además, las unidades del primer nivel tienen un gran patio trasero mientras que las de las unidades superiores cuentan con una azotea verde privada.
El terreno es pasante de 45m de largo, de manera que la operación de retranqueo se repite sobre ambas calles, dejando un patio central.
Las siluetas de las medianeras se diseñaron en respuesta a los edificios linderos sin generar un muro agresivo, sino una pieza objetual.

Conceptually, they are 7 stacked houses, each one different from the others, with big outdoor spaces and plenty of perimeter of contact with the exterior.
The exterior is a fundamental characteristic. The configuration of the terraces articulates the building, receding in each floor, obtaining the maximum isolation and views. At the same time, the sheet metal volumes form protrusions, achieving sheltered exterior spaces and integrated to the interior.
The Project counts with a variety of outdoor spaces; private semi-covered patios, green porches and large green balconies or jacuzzis, surrounded by pots with native plants. Furthermore, the first level units have a big backyard, while the units in the upper levels have a private green roof.
In the 45m long, passing plot of land plot of land, the setback operation is repeated on both streets, leaving a central courtyard.
The silhouettes of the party walls were designed in response to the surrounding buildings without generating an aggressive wall, but an object piece.
