Se trata de un restaurant dentro de un viejo galpón, en el fondo de un pequeño local. Para un público joven, y con autoservicio.

Todo el galpón está organizado sobre un relieve de gradas de fenólico, que generan un paisaje interior: las dunas del desierto de Marruecos, de donde proviene el abuelo de los dueños y la ciudad que da nombre al restaurant .

Desde otro acercamiento, pensando en el sentido de un restaurant, donde uno va a comer, pero también a ver gente y ser visto, este relieve dispuesto en forma de valle central, unifica el espacio, exacerba visuales cruzadas, y también crea situaciones particulares de armado de grupos de amigos de sentado informal.

Y por ultimo, las gradas, tal como en un estadio, permiten a todo el restaurant, presenciar un partido de fútbol, en una gran pantalla, durante el mundial, porque el restaurant hace honor a la tradición futbolera argentina.

Its about a restaurant inside an old warehouse, in the back of a small shop. Targeted for a young public, and with self-service.

The entire warehouse is organized by a topography of phenolic steps, which generates an interior landscape: the dunes of the desert of Morocco, from where the grandfather of the owners comes from, and the city that gives the restaurant's name.


From another approach, thinking in the sense of a restaurant, where one is going to eat, but also to see people and be seen, this topography arranged in the form of a central valley, unifies the space, exacerbates crossed visuals, and also creates particular situations of armed groups of friends of informal sitting.

Finally, the steps, such as in a stadium, allows the whole restaurant to watch a football match on a big screen during the World Cup, because the restaurant honors the Argentinian football tradition.
