Edificio La esquina

Este pequeño edificio está situado en la parte más alta de la lomada de Saavedra. Es una esquina con frente al sureste.

La planta , de tres unidades, conforma un patio interno por el que transita la circulación vertical abierta y ventilan segundos espacios de las unidades. La esquina- el lujo del proyecto- con todo su desarrollo sobre ambos lados, la realizamos vidriada, protegida con una malla metálica por seguridad y cortinas interiores y exteriores. 

Los balcones contienen un espacio exterior y un árbol, que genera sombra y resguardo animal en el edificio.

The Corner Building

This small building is located at the highest point of the Saavedra hill. It occupies a corner lot facing southeast.

The three-unit floor plan forms an internal courtyard through which the open vertical circulation passes, providing ventilation to the secondary spaces of the units. The corner—the project's most striking feature—is fully glazed on both sides, protected by a metal mesh for security, and fitted with interior and exterior curtains.

The balconies offer an outdoor space and a tree, providing shade and shelter for animals within the building.
